Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Thought Field Therapy (TFT) are gentle, non-invasive healing methods that use fingertip tapping on specific acupuncture meridian points to help calm the nervous system, shift emotional energy, and release stored stress from the body. These techniques offer a simple yet powerful way to process emotional overwhelm, trauma responses, and negative self-talk - without needing to relive painful experiences in detail.
Tapping works by sending calming signals to the brain while you focus on a distressing thought, memory, or feeling. This helps disrupt the body’s stress response, reduce emotional intensity, and create space for more clarity, ease, and self-compassion.
EFT/TFT tapping is particularly effective for:
