Initial Consultation

Begin your healing journey with a one-to-one initial consultation designed to explore your needs, goals, and the support that will best serve you. This 50-minute session is a relaxed and confidential space where we’ll discuss what’s bringing you to therapy or coaching, the challenges you’re facing, and the changes you’d like to create in your life.

We’ll also talk through the different therapeutic and holistic approaches I offer - including CBT, Hypnotherapy, EMDR, EFT/TFT, NLP, Reiki, and more, and determine what feels right for you. You’ll have the chance to ask any questions and ensure you feel comfortable, supported, and aligned before committing to ongoing sessions.

Whether you're dealing with trauma, anxiety, emotional blocks, low confidence, or spiritual disconnection, this consultation will help us establish a strong foundation for our work together.

All sessions are conducted via Zoom. Out-of-hours appointments may be available - please contact me directly via the Contact Form if you need a time outside of standard availability.
